2. Freelancer Information
The contract is concluded when an order for services is placed and confirmation is received via email. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Contract Conclusion
All prices are listed in EUR (€).
Payment for services can be made via PayPal. Full payment is required before the service is delivered unless otherwise agreed.
4. Pricing and Payment
The online services will be delivered as described on the website or as agreed during the order process.
Any timelines for service completion are estimates and may vary depending on the scope of work.
5. Service Delivery
Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason unless the service has been fully performed with prior consent.
By purchasing the service, customers agree that the service will commence immediately. Once the service has commenced, the right to withdraw is void after the service is fully performed. This means that after coaching sessions or services have started and been provided, a full refund is not possible.
To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period and before the service has commenced, customers must provide written notice (e.g., by email).
If the service begins immediately upon purchase, customers retain the right to withdraw before the service is provided (e.g., before the first coaching session). In such cases, customers are generally entitled to a full refund for the service not yet received. However, if parts of the service have already been performed (e.g., preparatory work), a proportionate fee for the work done may be retained.

7. Cancellation Policy for Paid Coaching Sessions
Standard Cancellation: For cancellations or rescheduling of paid coaching sessions, at least 48 hours' notice is required. Cancellations or rescheduling within this time frame will not incur any fees.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours of the session will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee (€87.50) to compensate for the reserved time and short notice.
No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend without notice, will incur the full session fee (€175).
Emergencies: Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Cancellation: For free initial consultations, at least 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. This ensures availability for other potential clients.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of €50 to cover the reserved time.
No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a fee of €75, reflecting the significant inconvenience caused.
Emergencies: Exceptions may be considered in the case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
PsyCoach (operated by Luis Maximilian Schaffrinski) is committed to delivering services with the highest level of professionalism and care. Liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. In instances of injury to life, body, or health, or the violation of essential contractual obligations, statutory regulations will govern liability.
The coaching services provided do not substitute for clinical psychological or psychiatric treatment. While training increases the likelihood of identifying symptoms associated with prominent clinical disorders, it is recognized that some symptoms may not be identified due to the constraints and limitations of remote services. For medical advice or therapeutic needs, consultation with a licensed healthcare provider is recommended.

10. Data Protection
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Düsseldorf, Germany.
11. Governing Law
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The right is reserved to amend these terms at any time, with changes communicated through the website or by email.
